Here is an old record store find from 1983 by the Fixx, Reach the Beach. This is still sealed, so you can be the first person to put the needle on the record! The vinyl is assumed mint; but there is a 1/4 inch cut out (bottom right), and a prominent crease on the upper left.
This was probably their best album, IMHO, and includes Saved by Zero and One Thing Leads to Another.
Only other sealed copy on EBay, the asking price is $49.99.
