Vinyl plays excellent with no skips, very clean play despite, when you hold it up to the light, there are a few tiny superficial hairlines that don't affect play, a pro cleaner can make it shine like a NM...cover sleeve has a promotional mark on back and otherwise fully intact but for a 3" split in the spine you may not notice at first.  Includes original promo sticker on front.  With generic inner sleeve.  From private collection in smoke-free home.  About the film: Licence to Kill is a 1989 spy film, the sixteenth in the James Bond series produced by Eon Productions, and the second and final film to star Timothy Dalton as the MI6 agent James Bond. It sees Bond suspended from MI6 as he pursues the drug lord Franz Sanchez, who has ordered an attack against Bond's CIA friend Felix Leiter and the murder of Felix's wife after their wedding.
