This is a rare absolutely gorgeous original 1971 first pressing copy of Joni Mitchell's classic of classics, Blue, on Reprise LP MS-2038. The disc is on the original label with no Warner logo. It is pretty close to completely perfectly mint. I don't even see the slightest sleeve scuffing. Plays near flawlessly and just beautifully, with only the faintest tiny, tiny crackle at the beginning of each side, barely noticeable and barely mentionable. New copies play that way. This is one of the best playing copies I have come across that wasn't actually new. Just beautiful.  You know that the music is very quiet and delicate on this album and the slightest tick can really ruin the listening experience. You won't have any issues listening to this copy. It plays near perfectly. The cover has much less of the usual wear that most copies of this record have. Just a touch of light ringwear, mostly on the back, and some very minor edge and corner wear. Really a well-preserved copy! This is easily one of the better first-pressing covers I have ever seen. Usually this cover is very worn, even when it was well cared-for. Almost all copies have terrible ringwear and fading. This is a very nice copy in remarkably clean shape. Hard to beat this copy!
