The other side plays at 33, and is just radio spots and a commercial, and it has a small patch of groove flake chipped off.
Record is in VG condition. There are a few edge cuts in the lead in grooves, and one or two barely into the first few playing grooves, but doesn't affect play.
Most likely a one of a kind item!
