Year:  1988 Media Grade: VG+ Cover/Sleeve Grade: VG+ Vinyl LP Featuring Dwight Yoakam - Buenas Noches from a Lonely Room Vinyl LP.   The record has been ultrasonically cleaned and play-tested.  You will also receive the record in an archival inner sleeve (The original inner sleeve is included) and a 3-mil outer sleeve.  
Grading Specs

All Records are Ultrasonically cleaned and fully play-tested.  Each Album has a 3mil Outer sleeve and Rice Paper Archival quality Anti-static Record Sleeve.  Original sleeves are the Sleeves that came with the records, stored in the cover.

I am very hard on grading and hold to the Goldmine Standards.  See below.

Mint (M) ?
Record:  No Scuffs or scratches.
Cover/Sleeve:  No blotches, stains, discoloration, stickers, ring wear, dinged corners, sleeve splits or writing.  NOTE:  This is reserved for sealed records only

Near mint ?
Record:  Shiny Surface, free of visible defects.  No Surface noise at playback.
Cover/Sleeve:  Free of creases, ring wear and seam splits and no retail cutout marks.

Very Good Plus (VG+)
Record:  Light scuff marks or very light scratches that don?t affect the audio. It may be slightly warped, provided it doesn?t cause audio issues. 
Cover/Sleeve:  Outer cover may show minor seam wear or a split, providing it's 1 inch or less.  Cutouts can be present and may show slight creasing around the outline of the record.

Very Good (VG)
Record:  Lacks original glossy finish.  Groove wear is evident visibly.  Light Scratches are deep enough to feel with fingernails.  Playback, there is surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially during low audio areas.
Cover/Sleeve:  Obvious signs of handling and normal wear.  Ring wear is present in the middle or along the edges of the cove.  Seam splits may appear on all three sides.  The cover may have writing or a label/price tag.  The cover may be dull or discolored and may have bent corners, stains, or other issues. 

Very Good Minus (VG-)
Record:  The surface sheen is almost gone, but the record plays through without skipping.  Significant surface noise and groove wear.
Cover/Sleeve:  Shows significant ring wear with bad seam splits.  Writing may be present. Expect dings and dog-eared edges.
