You are bidding on the David Bowie greatest hits album entitled "Fame and Fashion", AFL 4919 RCA Records. I am not an expert at grading records, but I would estimate the condition of the vinyl as EXC, with minor scuffs and scratches. The sleeve has a tear (see photo) on the front near the lower half. I would estimate the condition of the sleeve as VG. Sold only to continental USA.
