Shipping
We package all items carefully to help ensure their safe arrival.  We use bubble wrap, paper, peanuts and other packaging to cushion the ride from our shoppe to you, or the person to whom you are sending a gift!  We also combine shipping, as possible - so please send us a note when you are purchasing multiple items.
Regarding vinyl:  the record is removed from the sleeve (unless it is still sealed) the vinyl is VPI-cleaned (unless it is still sealed) we pack in sturdy cardboard mailers and use cardboard inserts covers are placed in a crystal-clear, high-quality plastic vinyls are placed in white paper inserts (unless the original insert is intact) mailers are stamped with "Fragile" and "Do not Bend"

The Lee Ann Shoppe visual vinyl record grading/condition descriptions:
MT = Mint: Perfect and in sealed, original shrink-wrap/packaging
NrMT = Near Mint: As close to perfect as you can get with no visible scuffs or scratches.  May be in original shrink-wrap/packaging, but may have light damage to the sleeve
EX = Excellent: Vinyl may have a few minor surface scuffs, but no scratches.  Sleeve has no seam splits, no creases, no writing, very minor ring-wear, and very minor chipping at the edges and corners.
VG+ = Very Good Plus: Vinyl has a few surface scuffs and/or a few minor scratches (but not deep scratches) that may cause extra surface noise.  Sleeve has no seam splits, but has some small hairline creases, and/or minor chipping at edges, and/or bumped corners, and/or small amount of writing, and/or some minor ring-wear.
VG = Very Good: Vinyl has numerous surface scuffs and/or numerous minor scratches (but not deep scratches) that may cause extra surface noise.  Sleeve has small seam splits, and/or some hairline creases, and/or chipping at edges, or bumped corners, and/or some writing, and/or moderate ring-wear.d
VG- = Very Good Minus: Vinyl has numerous surface scuffs and scratches that may cause extra surface noise.  Sleeve has moderate seam splits and/or has numerous small creases and/or chipping at edges or bumped corners, and/or writing, and/or ring-wear.
G = Good: Vinyl has numerous surface scuffs/scratches and probably a deep scratch.  Sleeve has large seam split, and/or numerous moderate creases, and/or major chipping at edges and corners, and/or water damage/stains, and/or major writing, and/or heavy ring-wear.
F = Fair: Probably headed for the recycle bin, but may find a new use!
