Considering its age, both jacket and record are in amazing condition.

I endeavor to rate records accurately, and play-rate using a good turntable/tonearm/cartridge, dome-tweeter-equipped bookshelf speakers, and with treble turned all the way up. I check for surface noise and playability, not for "sonic accuracy", since to do that would require access to master tapes, tens of thousands in audio equipment, and "reference ears" to compare how closely the vinyl reproduced the original.

Play-grading is very subjective. One person's occasional pop or click, invoking an "Excellent" or "Mint-" eBay rating is another persons' "this record is awful".  There is the matter of "what is the equipment the buyer is using, and is it set up correctly?" Sometimes a record looks mint with no visible marks, but has surface noise. Sometimes the opposite is true.  Further, a record at one angle to a viewer might show all kinds of scuffing, but if the viewing angle is changed 20 degrees it looks mint.  At the current time I do not own an ultrasonic or vacuum type cleaner, but am considering buying one.

Essentially, a great many variables are present in rating an item up for sale, a problem which of course permeates many eBay categories.  That being said, I will not sell a record that is warped, or skips at 1 1/4 grams tracking force (even though it may play thru the skip with a higher force)

Some eBay record sellers have experienced fake or lost returns. I don't want to start a "no return, sold as-is" policy. Returns are accepted by me, but this could change if the policy is abused.
