Absolutely beautiful copy of the original 1977 pressing of David Grisman's The David Grisman Quintet LP on Kaleidoscope F-5, obviously a reference to his Gibson F-5 mandolin. This was the second of a wonderful run of incredible bluegrass-jazz records he made with the late great Tony Rice, who is just blistering on this record, as is Darol Anger and all the rest of them. This is maybe Tony Rice at his best, just incredible. Anyhow this copy is in lovely shape. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. Maybe a couple of very light sleeve scuffs, but barely. The cover has a stain at the right side, and some general signs of light use, but is really in quite nice shape. This is a top original copy, hard to beat.
