This is a Scranton Press with IAM triangle in the matrices, and matrices and description consistent with discogs 1964 2nd Mono Label variation. Here is the description, found to be consistent with this LP:
"2nd label mono variant pressings (Scranton) have 'ASCAP' after every title except "I Want To Hold Your Hand" (BMI). Black label with colorband. Issued with the first variation jackets with 'Beatles' on cover in tan to brown print. No producer credit on back cover.
The number 3 appears bottom right of back cover indicating, Modern Album of Long Island, NY as printer of jacket."
Jacket with light corner and edge wear, tiny split beginning bottom of spine, 1 or so cm only, no other splits or splits beginning, very faint ring beginning front jacket, previous owner name inked top of front jacket and stamped on back jacket, black color of liner notes and Beatles photo has faded on bottom half of back jacket. LP stored in generic plastic inner sleeve, LOOKS PLAYABLE with a good amount of clean vinyl amidst a number of light unfeelable scratches, I'll grade in the range of VG to VG+.
