Lot Of 9 Country Hillbilly 78 rpm Records, Skillet Lickers, Champion, Puckett.
4 Skillet Lickers related Columbia records, including a pre-Skillet Lickers record (150-D) featuring a nice guitar-fiddle duet of Riley Puckett and Gid Tanner. A Puckett solo record on 15063-D; and two classic full string band records, 15084-D and 15200-D. Another string band record is also included, The Leake County Revelers on 15149-D. The last Columbia is 190-D, an interesting record by Ernest Thompson doing Red Wing and Snow Deer. Then there is a nice Champion with some shine, 15630 with Cal Turner. The last two are a repressing of Cowboy Copas' classic Filipino Baby on King 505 and The York Brothers on Decca 5933. Record condition ranges from V- to V+
