This smokin’ vinyl LP is a true american beauty for music lovers who enjoy folk, blues, country, bluegrass and rock genres. It features talented musicians such as Jerry Garcia on banjo and vocals, Peter Rowan on guitar and vocals, Vassar Clements on violin, John Kahn on string bass, and David Grisman on mandolin and vocals. The record was recorded LIVE by Owsley Stanley!!! Yes that guy!

(Note: contains a great cover version of ‘Wild Horses’ written by Jagger/ Richards of The Rolling Stones originally off Sticky Fingers……..And a great cover version of Panama Red by New Riders of the Purple Sage). I personally think Vassar Clements fiddle throughout steals the show and everyone gets their chance to shine.

The album is a first pressing edition released in 1975 under the Round Records label. It has a record grading of Very Good (VG) and a sleeve grading of Good Plus (G+). There might be a slight crackle here and there but overall sounds great!!! The previous owner wrote their last name on the cover ‘Purcell’ and also wrote their first name ‘Sharon’ on the record label of Side Two. The cover has typical age wear and was enjoyed! The vinyl LP has a record size of 12" and a speed of 33 RPM. This self-titled release is sure to be a great addition to any vinyl record collection …….especially for Deadheads!!!!

This item will be shipped in a heavy duty cardboard mailer with the record in a poly lined inner sleeve with the cover, protected by a polyethylene outer sleeve. Please see all the pictures to help determine the overall condition and message with any questions.
