The full name of the performers is, "The Hour of Charm" All Girl Orchestra Under the Direction of Phil Spitalny. The name of the album is, Study in Blue, produced in 1946 or 47 (according to discogs) by Vogue Records, catalog # V100. Textured blue album with gilt titling front board and spine, spine titling lightly rubbed. Clean interior, solid sleeves, both picture discs look QUITE PLAYABLE with likely a few light scratches over clean shellac (not that easy to see scratches or scuffs on picture discs), will grade VG++.
