Part of a large Pink Floyd collection I have been asked to sell. This is raising funds for a friends divorce settlement (OUCH!).
For sale here are probably Pink Floyds 3 most iconic albums, spanning the years 1973 to 1979, when the band were in their heyday. Very nice examples with great looking vinyl.
With me having an extremely large Floyd collection to sell, I do not have time to play-grade every single album. For that reason alone, I am giving a visual assessment based on how they look. With over 50 years of collecting vinyl behind me. I have now play-tested "Dark side of the moon" and results are outlined below.

What I do say is that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with either the vinyl or any part of my description, I will accept a return, give a full refund and pay the return postage in full. I cannot make a better offer than that.
The three albums are "Dark side of the moon" from 1973. "Wish you were here" from 1975. "The wall" from 1979.
DARK SIDE OF THE MOON. Cover is super clean. No real wear to mention. Excellent. Vinyl is lovely. No marks of concern. Grades excellent visually. Inner sleeve is just a little wrinkled. Grades excellent.
PLAY-GRADING:- Side one starts with some light background noise. Certainly not overpowering at all, but it is there. The segue from track 3 to track 4 ("Time") plays almost silently. Side one plays through great. No sticks, skips, clicks or pops. Grades at least VG+. Side two also starts with a handful of seconds of light background noise which very quickly clears. Track two also has a little gentle background in the early part. Not obtrusive. The rest of the side plays great. Again, no sticks, skips, clicks or pops. Overall play-grading is a solid VG+, harshly graded.
WISH YOU WERE HERE. Cover is a little bit grubby. Has a graze mark to the rear where something has stuck to it at some time. A little creasing to the opening edge, but overall grades very good. Vinyl is again lovely with no worrying marks. Excellent minus. Inner sleeve is lightly discoloured but solid very good plus. Serrated edge original  postcard is undamaged. Grades excellent plus.
THE WALL. Cover is a little untidy. Has some light damage plus some age discolouration and grades good plus. At some point the cover has been switched from an earlier press. Cover is 1st press, vinyl is 2nd press. The vinyl, all 4 sides, look superb. Again, no marks of concern. Barely show any signs of play at all. Grade excellent plus. The inner sleeves are in really good shape, but both have a slit appearing to one edge only. These grade very good plus. There is a 2nd pair of inner sleeves with this. Probably something to do with the "switching" of the covers. These additional inner sleeves have some tape repairs.
So, 3 super albums. Much better than collection filler copies. These have nice looking vinyl and should play great.



All albums are sent in a new anti-static inner sleeve and new heavy duty polythene outer sleeve. All in the price.
I am happy to post worldwide. I can give an exact price once I have packed and weighed the collection and know its destination. In the meantime I have put down a blanket cost for overseas postage which I will amend once I know the destination country. As a rough guide, postage cost within the EU is between £14 and £16. Further afield it usually varies between £20 and £25 depending on destination. Postage within the UK is with Royal Mail. Sent 1st class "signed for" at a cost of £5, not the £5.55 it actually costs me.
