Absolutely gorgeous original 1959 copy of the incredible recording of Beethoven’s fifth symphony conducted by Georg Solti, on London stereo CS6092. Pressed in England at the Decca plant, where perhaps the greatest sounding records of all time were made, and this one is just stunning. Of course everyone has a preference with the Fifth, but this version is a common contender for the top version of all time, and it is easy to hear why when you get a gorgeous original copy like this one. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover is likewise nearly pristine with only the slightest signs of gentle use. This is truly a top original copy, very hard to beat.
