NM (near mint): Clean but opened. No marks.

NM-: Just under NM. There may be 2 or 3 very light, non-sounding sleeve contact marks. 

Ex+: A small number of very light, non-sounding sleeve contact marks. ***Marks that look like they might sound are play-tested and will be described in the listing***

Ex:  A few more hairline and light marks. May be the odd pop, tick or light background noise during play. I only list records in this condition if they are rare.

Ex minus: A few more hairline and light marks still. May be some light background noise, with the occasional pop, crackle and tick in places. I only list records in this condition if they are rare.

OUR RECORDS ARE CLEANED WITH AN OKKI NOKKI RECORD CLEANING MACHINE IF A CLEAN IS NEEDED. 

REFUND POLICY: 

All records are guaranteed against audible faults (unless described) on a refund/replace basis, if notified within 14 days of receipt.

If a refund is requested, the item should be returned by 'signed for' registered post.

A 100% refund will be issued on receipt of the returned record /records. Return postage cost should be covered by buyer (as per ebay policy).
