First release by The Demics , with the classic "New York City" on the original solid yellow label. Only released in the relatively speaking small Canadian market and thus that much  harder to find. Includes original illustrated Ready Records inner sleeve in EX condition. 
Condition: the vinyl is EX (excellent) with a few light scuff marks/ surface marks - no effect on play. The cover is VG+ with a rectangular area of sticker residue on the front near the top as in  the photo. Bit of ring wear / whitishness here and there as in the photo. Nothing super  significant. Faint crease mark on the back top left - again nothing very significant.
