The sleeve is Poor/Fair, record should be Fair or Good at a minimum, hopefully, some tracks will play through at VG or even VG+

Both are worn and water-damaged. The record is better than the sleeve, it should play through but has visible scratches and signs of mould as a result of the water damage to the sleeve.
We have cleaned it and added an anti-static inner to avoid further damage.
