THIS IS THE BLACK SABBATH VOL 4 RECORD ALBUM. THE ALBUM IS ON VERTIGO RECORDS #6360 071 (MADE IN HOLLAND) FROM 1972. THE GATEFOLD COVER HAS EDGE, SURFACE WEAR WITH RED INITIALS UPPER RIGHT. FULL TOP BACK SPLIT. SIDE I OF THE RECORD IS VG WITH SOME LIGHT SCUFFS. SIDE 2 HAS SOME DEEPER SCRATCHES BUT STILL SEEMS TO PLAY PRETTY WELL. THERE IS A STICKER RESIDUE ON ONE SIDE OF LABEL. COVER HAS INNER PHOTO PAGES.
