These are the original deep groove pressings of Charlie Parker’s first 12” issues on Savoy MG 12000 (“Memorial”), 12001 (“Immortal”), and 12009 (“Memorial, Vol. 2”). The three records are in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The original laminated covers are all in extraordinary condition – immaculate in every respect – with sharp corners and perfect seams. Original glassine inner sleeves are included. Personnel include Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Bud Powell, Duke Jordan, Tommy Potter, Curley Russell, and Max Roach. $200.00
