33 RPM 12" Vinyl LP Record - VERY RARE US MONO first edition

GORDON LIGHTFOOT - Did She Mention My Name (1968).  United Artists USA MONO Vinyl LP, catalog no. UAL 3649.
Very hard to find US Mono edition.
CONDITION: - VINYL:  Looks VG-/G+ with some marks/hairlines/scuffs and minor scratches.  Sounds G+ with some surface noise consistent with a record of this age.  There are a few spots repeating clicks and scrapes, some one-time pops, etc.   I found no repeats or skips.   Still very listenable and enjoyable.    - COVER:  VG(+).  Some light rubbing/ring wear, minor edge & corner wear and spine has some wrinkles (see photos). The back cover is stamped in purple ink “D. J. NOT FOR SALE” 3 times.   - ORIGINAL UA PRINTED INNER SLEEVE:   Fair, with most of one side seam completely split; the bottom seam has a 4” split.  Some creasing on the corners. SEE PHOTOS PLEASE.
