This is the original Van Gelder-stamped mono pressing of John Coltrane “Dakar” on the yellow labels of Prestige PRLP 7280. The playing surface is in new condition, with a high ouster; perhaps played once. The coated cover is in excellent condition - bright and clean throughout – with a 2” break at the center of the bottom seam; 1” re-coloring at the bottom of the opening edge and on the top seam at the spine. 1963 Prestige catalogue included. Personnel include Pepper Adams, Cecil Payne, Mal Waldron, Doug Watkins, and Art Taylor. $100.00
