Really a great find here with Van Halen Fair Warning with an Excellent Record, it looks really good almost near mint even and probably should be near mint. Inner sleeve has some folds and tears from being put back poorly but the outer sleeve is also in Excellent condition. Has some wear on the corners as a 40 year old record should but otherwise this is a Van Halen collectors dream.
