Black and silver Everest label with the Melrose Avenue address.

Bernard Solomon purchased Everest Records in late February, 1962. A few months later, Everest drastically simplified their label design. This design was all-black for stereo and the company’s address on the label was Melrose Avenue.

In April, 1963, Everest moved to a location on Vine Street but kept the label design.
