I have come upon a small collection of Telarc Digital classical LPs, Made in Germany (one made in Japan), that were found sealed in a loose plastic LP bag. The LPs themselves are unsealed from the original shrink, but I have not opened the plastic in which the LPs were likely provided by a seller to the previous owner. There were three Telarc LPs that were packaged by the original seller in generic white jackets, not their original Telarc jackets, and I needed to open those to confirm the LPs that were sent in these generic jackets were consistent with the Telarc catalog number on them, and they were. These were clearly NEAR MINT OR BETTER, pristine surfaces with no scratches on shiny vinyl. Based on this, I will assume all the sealed Telarc classical LPs are NM OR BETTER.
The complete title of this one, as provided in discogs, is, Vivaldi - Seiji Ozawa ~ Boston Symphony Orchestra, Joseph Silverstein – The Four Seasons. Telarc DG-10070, produced in 1982. The jacket has a US address for Telarc, but an "Imported Pressing" bottom left front jacket. The discogs listing shows the LP labels and they had, "Made in Germany" on them.
