This record and cardboard sleeve are in excellent condition. I'd say the vinyl is probably unplayed. It even looks like it has a small plastic tab on the record edge (honestly I don't know if this is a flaw with the pressing but you can see it in the final image).
No scratches, scuffs or signs of wear.
