We have shipped thousands of fragile 78rpm shellac records world wide! We use brand new materials with cardboard supports, placed in a plastic bag,centered in box with packing corn surrounding the disc. The disc is rubber-banded in between the cardboard supports. We try to get boxes with a minimum of 75 pound bursting rate. We have had excellent results!
