This is the original deep
groove mono pressing of Charles Mingus “Blues and Roots” on the pinwheel labels
of Atlantic 1305. The playing surface is in excellent
condition, with a nice luster; a few tics at the center of Side 2, Track 2. The
laminated cover is in near-new condition – bright and clean throughout – with
sharp corners and unworn seams; slight ¼” ding at the upper left
corner. Original Atlantic inner sleeve is included. Personnel
include Jackie McLean, Booker Ervin, Pepper Adams, Jimmy Knepper, Mal Waldron,
and Dannie Richmond. $100.00.
