The Beatles With The Beatles PMC 1206 UK 2nd Press MONO.

In great condition.

This is a 2nd pressing of the album characterised by the following:

- misspelling of "you really gottta hold on me" on the outer sleeve but not on the label on side 2.

- On side 2, the label at the end of the song "I wanna be your Man" has not been shifted. Therefore, the full credits still appear on two lines, just like the labels in the 1st pressings. In later pressings, the full credits appear on one line and the songs "Devil in her hear" and "Not a second time" start on new lines rather than being broken up in the middle.

- Also on side 2 the Jobette credit for the song Money has been corrected to "Dominion Belinda".

- THE Matrix numbers are XEX 447-1N and XEX 448-1N. These were only found on first or second pressing. Although to be found on a second press is quite rare.

The outer sleeve is in really good condition. It retains its glossy finish and has the misspelled "you really gottta hold on me" instead of "got a hold"  song title located on the rear of the cover. This was only found in 1st and 2nd pressings. The cover was produced by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. There is some writing on the back "Paul Smith 25th of November 1963".

The inner sleeve is in good condition. There is some fraying near the opening and there is a tear on the bottom of the sleeve. The severity of this tear is depicted in the photos.

The record plays well with no sticking and some static between tracks. There is a skip in the first track of Side 2 "Roll over Beethoven" however it is at the start of the song, so it isn't too annoying. You can listen to an actual recording of the record by following the links below.
