This is a 1961 Pitman Press Stereo Repress with 6-eye labels and these matrices:
Matrix / Runout (Runout side A, stamped): XSM-47855-2BA P II Matrix / Runout (Runout side B, stamped): XSM-47856-2AK P II
Jacket in VERY GOOD CONDITION with light corner and edge wear, a split bottom edge center about 1", no other splits, no rings or marks. LP stored in plain white inner sleeve, LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with no scratches seen, an area of very light smudges along the surface of Side 2 - not even scuff marks, just a shaded area that can be seen reflecting the light onto that area. There is no spindle hole wear seen. I'll grade VG++ in consideration of this smudge area.
