This is Mercury Records SR 90460, Janos Starker Italian Sonatas, a deep groove, maroon label original stereo issue of this beautiful recording with RFR3/RFR2 in the dead wax. The
record is in VG++ condition showing one light hairline mark causing a few light ticks on side 1 It also plays with some light background whoosh and distortion audible on side 2 probably from a pressing problem. The cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent. An original inner sleeve is included as well. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is still an excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful original recording.
