This is a Picture Disc 45 from Mushroomhead titled1200 / Save Us. Both sides are very colorful and would display great! The plastic slipcover is split on the left side and the bottom, small split on the right. So - the sleeve not good, record I have never played. This is a great collector's piece pick it up as I thin out my massive music collection. Check out my other auctions fot more great items.
