Original UK pressing includes the custom illustrated inner sleeve on  heavy stock and the highly collectable poster (quickly withdrawn over accusations of  phonography). 
From discogs: 
"Original version included "Penis Landscape," by Swiss artist H. R. Giger.  Charges were filed against the band for "Selling pornography to minors".  Much controversy ensued and the poster was ordered to be removed. Very  few copies with this poster were distributed making them extremely rare collectibles.
Condition: the vinyl is visually VG+ or VG++ condition with  2 small thin patches of scuffs along with a few other scuffs with no effect in play except for about 3 seconds of very soft surface noise during track 2 side 1 - during a short break where Biafra speaks a few words unaccompanied by the band playing - nothing significant whatsoever. The cover is  EX with a couple of very small corner wear marks - very small. Tiny flaws in the "barely worth mentioning" department. The inner sleeve is near mint condition. The poster is EX condition. Has a tiny hole wear four folds come together in the middle. Tiny bit of whitening along the folds elsewhere. Nothing significant at all. See photo. One of  the record labels has a bit of wrinkling which you can see, a bit, in the photo.
