This is the original deep groove pressing of Benny Golson “The Modern Touch” on the small (3 ½”) labels of Riverside RLP 12-256. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; however, there is a small mark towards the end of the second track on Side 2 that causes eight tics. The laminated cover is in excellent condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout - with just ½” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening. Original glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Kenny Dorham, Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers, and Max Roach. $100.00.
