This is the original deep groove (Side 2 only) RVG-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Kenny Drew “Undercurrent” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4059. Side 1 has a needle drop that produces three tics on the first track; Side 2 has a hairline that is audible for three quarters of the second track. The laminated New York 23 cover is in excellent condition – clean and bright throughout; ¾” wear on the inside edge at the bottom of the spine. Blue Note inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Freddie Hubbard, Hank Mobley, Sam Jones, and Louis Hayes. $500.00.
