Original 1992 CHESKY RECORDS pressing of the McCOY TYNER QUARTET album, NEW YORK REUNION (JR-51 STEREO)
180 Gram Vinyl "PREMIUM Vinyl Pressing HQ-180"
AMG 4 1/2 STARS: Pianist and tenor-saxophonist had not recorded together in over two decades when they finally met up for this Chesky LP. With strong assistance from bassist and drummer , and make for a perfect team on four originals by group members (including the tenor's classic "Recorda Me") and four superior standards. The advanced hard bop music is as rewarding as one would expect.
Condition: the sleeve grades NM . The record grades MINT Although the package has been opened, the record has not been played. Check out my feedback score; you won't be disappointed.
