From a estate of a Elvis Presley fan a lot of 5 vintage magazines, a pack of Elvis stationery and 2 45 rpm records with sleeves,The magazines do have some wear but not falling apart,The stationery is clean and in good condition the clear plastic sleeve is torn and has some yellowing on it, The 45s are clean and in very good condition i have not played the 45s so can't say how they will play, the paper records sleeves are in good condition with a little wear to the corners and edges.
