Just recently I bought a massive collection of 60's and 70's LPs...some are in surprisingly immaculate condition, and some are not, but the original owner (a well-respected Australian vinyl hoarder) was a fastidious collector of the styles he loved - 60's punk/garage, British invasion well-knowns [Beatles/Hollies/Dave Clark 5/Gerry & The Pacemakers/Zombies/Troggs/etc..], 70's West Coast sounds, pop-psych and he'd obviously forraged far and wide since there's a flurry of unique South American, New Zealand,Taiwanese, South African, Japanese releases amongst them all.

PRESSED IN:    USA ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING?:    No, not quite...has the words 'All selections ASCAP' on the Side One label, plus a small '(D)' below the text on each side...(these were NOT on the first issue)...most importantly, it has the words Mf'd by MCA Records on the label (the first pressing had MFD BY DECCA RECORDS instead)... The matrix numbers are: SIDE ONE:  7 11670 2  SIDE TWO:  7 11671 2 ===================================================== CONDITION: COVER: ( VG++ )...has scuffing on bottom seam, a cut-corner at top right...  RECORD: ( MINT )...has all of its original shine...looks stunning!...and unplayed... LABELS: (Side One: MINT / Side Two: MINT )...has NO spindle marks on labels...
