It's all too much, It's all too much.

When I look into your eyes, your love is there for me,
And the more I go inside, the more there is to see.

It's all too much for me to take,
The love that's shining all around you,
Everywhere, it's what you make,
For us to take, it's all too much.

Of life to life with me,
Makes no difference where you are,
Or where you'd like to be.

It's all too much for me to take,
The love that's shining all around here,
All the world's a birthday cake,
So take a piece, but not too much.

Set me on a silver sun, for I know that I'm free.
Show me that I'm everywhere, and get me home for tea.

It's all too much for me to take, The love that's shining all around you,
Everywhere, it's what you make,
For us to take, it's all too much.

It's too much.....It's too much, Too much, too much, too much............
THE BEATLES: "Yellow Submarine Songtrack" UK LP, 25th NOVEMBER, 1999
RARE LIMITED EDITION PRESSING ON YELLOW VINYL, ALL STANDARD PRESSINGS WERE ON BLACK VINYL.

THE GATEFOLD COVER HAS A 1999 ONLY, CIRCULAR YELLOW & BLACK APPLE STICKER PROMOTING THE RELEASE OF
THE DVD (VIDEO) OF THE FILM THIS ALBUM ACCOMPANIED:
"YELLOW SUBMARINE Feature Film Available On DVD & VIDEO (5214812)"
The recent flood of black vinyl editions of "Yellow Submarine Songtrack" on ebay are NOT 1999 first pressings made by EMI,
but counterfeit/fakes of unknown origin.  Usually the yellow and black vinyl authentic 1999 pressings came with the above sticker
and there were no exceptions unless in a few rare cases, the sticker was not applied or it was removed by the buyer on purchase.
After all, the vinyl, DVD's /video's & CD's were issued simultaneously and the actual updated animated film was the reason for the
soundtrack /songtrack in the first place.   Authentic covers were NOT glossy but matt, since the beginning of 2013, even the matt
covers have 'appeared', they are also fake, so along with the sticker there is still one item that cannot be copied/counterfeited,
all the authentic 20th century /1999 record will have EMI's  distinctive maitrix stamping at 6 o' clock in the run-out grooves.
That applies to both black vinyl original's and the rarer Limited Edition yellow vinyl records, there are no exception to that as
EMI no longer press records!   I am a lone voice against a tidal wave of lies and deceit but my genuine 1960's first pressings is
equally equipped to expose any fake item from any decade. Taking close up maitrix pictures of colour vinyl is ten times harder
than from black vinyl, I have included one Side's to assist confirming the counterfeit/fakes, just the one took great patience!
The stickers were placed on by hand, which tells you how few copies were pressed in 1999, so even if original covers with them
are photo copied, they will be printed flat without raised edges.  You can clearly see unmistakable raised maitrix letters and
digits of EMI's UK pressing plant's stamping machine, also how the format of the configuration is precisely how all EMI's records
were stamped from 1982 onward and through and past the year in question, 1999.  I resent having to place my carefully inspected
and selected records among fake junk, only an original item on display with pictures and explanatory text can shine like a beacon of
authenticity.  Obviously the genuine 1999 black vinyl "Yellow Submarine Songtrack" LP's will have the same stamped maitrix ande
precisely match those, but with more made in 1999, they were given higher digits after the '- A'  & '- B.'   So far the Limited Edition
yellow vinyl has not been counterfeited, but if the Beatles name is on a cover......

UK APPLE LABEL: 5214811

MAITRIX: 5214811 - A - 1 - 1 - 1 / 5214811 - B - 1 - 1 - 1.
EMI's unique maitrix configuration for the first and only pressing made, no other UK record company or any other country in the
world replicated that, or the precise size and shape of the letters and digits.  As the end digits show, so few yellow vinyl were
pressed, they will all originated from just one small batch.

ORIGINAL 1999 INNER SLEEVE IN UNUSED, UNSPLIT, UNAGED, MINT- CONDITION.

THE SUPERB GATEFOLD COVER IS IN SUPERB UNUSED MINT- CONDITION.
This was bought without intending to play the record and on purchase it was immediately placed inside a plastic outer sleeve.
The top corners were usually was folded and glued together with a small crease or bunching, a common factory finish due to heavy
duty thickness of the cardboard on genuine 1999 gatefold covers.  I was pleasantly surprised to find this cover was so concisely
folded and assembled, there are no corner creases or bunching, just the merest 'dip' that has to be there for opening and closing
gatefold cover, so for hinging purposes.  So all to tell is the merest suggestion of those fifteen years spent standing unused in
storage.  Nothing a 'minus' on the Mint grading will not incorporate, my above comments are relevant here and nobody else has
made a very telling observation that will be lost unless I highlight it again here in colour; "Yellow Submarine Songtrack" WAS THE LAST NEW BEATLES ALBUM RELEASED IN THE 20th CENTURY. THE RECORD IS IN UNPLAYED /MINT CONDITION.
SIDE 1
"Yellow Submarine"
"Hey Bulldog "
  "Eleanor Rigby "
"Love You To"
  "All Together Now"
"Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds"
  "Think For Yourself"
"Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"
"With A Little Help From My Friends"

   SIDE 2
"Baby You're A Rich Man"
  "Only A Northern Song"
  "All You Need Is Love"
  "When I'm Sixty Four"
  "Nowhere Man"
  "It's All Too Much"
The 1999 album was issued on standard black vinyl, which should be reasonably easy to locate on ebay, an emphasis was very much
on the CD version in 1999.  That will not apply to this strictly Limited Edition only, yellow vinyl pressing, although un-numbered,
I do know how few were available and how quickly they sold out in record shops.  That was the period we were trading at record
fairs and I personally witnessed how few were distributed and how the demand instantly outstripped the supply.

This was not bought to play, the labels and vinyl are in pristine mint condition, I will naturally offer it without sound grading,
as explained. Besides, even if I did, being a digitally mastered album, I would not wish to spend the description comparing the
1969 stereo mix/panning effects to the 1999 surround sound version. Sometimes duties as a professional record seller intrude
into personal enjoyment of items like the Beatles films on DVD's, I am the first to say what a stunning improvement was made to
the previous awful video's we suffered through since the 1980's.  My first version was recorded straight from the TV onto one of
the earliest video formats, Betamax, which was actually far superior to the official VHS video!  They had really terrible analogue
sound, the dreaded 'Dolby' was accompanied by the curse of creating muddy and muted sound, tape 'hiss' was actually preferable.
Digital or not, I do spend a great deal of time watching all the Beatles DVD's, particularly "Yellow Submarine" with the Beatles'
music & images, connects with every successive generation, certainly with our four latest converts.  I was ten when I bought my
first Beatles single in 1963, I feel certain it will continue with successive generations for centuries to come, the last Beatles
film issued on DVD, "Help!", produced sensational visual improvements from the VHS videos and even the original film.  Which all
becomes reason enough to leave sound comparisons well alone and just enjoy the vast improvements to the picture quality of the
"Yellow Submarine" film and appreciate my mono & stereo original 1969 albums for their own analogue merits.

Played or unplayed,I never sound grade colour vinyl or picture discs, they were purpose made as limited edition collector's items
to supplement the black vinyl standard editions. Often they will have superb sound, but they are far more likely to have crackles
and some form of vinyl background sound because they were made to be aesthetically pleasing to the eye, rather than to the ears.
Records are a constant reminder of how time is in constant cycle of movement, when this more realistic version album was released
along with the "Yellow Submarine" film restored onto DVD and video, (remember video?) it was thirty years after the original 1969
album soundtrack.  Very controversially at the time it only contained 6 Beatles songs and two of those tracks had been previously
available, by then the title track was three years old and had been issued on two 1966 LP's and a single.   Since the 1999 release of
this "Yellow Submarine Songtrack", over a decade has now passed since this totally different version of the 1969 soundtrack album.
'Soundtrack' was a key word, hardy anyone at the time had any interest in hearing the orchestral score filling the second side.
The whole side was George Martin's creation, the Beatles had not been involved, their original idea about how to release the four
unheard tracks, was to revive the EP format.  It would have been great to have a 1968/1969 EP version of "Yellow Submarine," but
they were contractually tied to EMI, decisions about film soundtracks were outside their control, 'Only A Northern Song' indeed!
Instead "Yellow Submarine" became the poorest selling 60's UK Beatles album, something EMI anticipated, choosing to needlessly
use the back of the cover to promote the "White Album."  In America and Canada, Capitol Records album back covers had wonderful
cartoon stories from the animated film, I'm writing an honest, objective overview, I still love the UK original but in comparison
to "Magical Mystery Tour," the cover was lacking in artwork for a late 1960's LP.  The film poster artwork was directly placed on
the front, surely it could have been an LP insert as a scaled down poster, with the film full of fantastic imagery, possibilities
were unlimited.  Had the 1969 LP contained 15 Beatles tracks like this 1999 version, no doubt a gatefold cover would have been
chosen, after all, both 1967 and 1968 previous Beatles albums had them.  With such brilliant artwork to choose from the film,
the outside and inside could had this gatefold cover's fully committed film connections only.  If the album is unknown to anyone my
pictures include the stunning colour collage inside on both panels, with several views of the gatefold's outside. The front and the
back outside were used to create an eye catching full spread of a large submarine, leaving the inside to feature multiple scenes
with the characters from the film.  In 1969 four previously  unheard Beatles songs were reason enough to buy the album for, in
1999 every conceivable song fragment used during the film made a full appearance, in effect it created a fantastic psychedelic
Beatles album in the process.  The material was drawn from three LP's,"Rubber Soul", "Revolver" & "Sgt Pepper" plus both sides
of the 1967 "All You Need Is Love" single, like the original 1969 LP, that was edited on the intro of the A-side.  I am not one for
digital re-mastering of any 60's material, I have to admit coming to terms with that from enjoying the DVD immensely and seeing
how I am constantly watching it with my grandchildren, it's just as well!  It is only correct I make it perfectly clear this album
contains full stereo digital re-mixes, it could be argued the original mono and stereo versions are unique and without hearing a
digitally re-mixed version, how else could you possibly evaluate them against today's technology when the DVD film version is
so superior?  From America's view point, they now had the film complete with the "Hey Bulldog" sequence and song only released
in Europe, previously they had been seeing different animation to us.   It was long past the time Apple and United Artists needed
to address both the film and the Beatles soundtrack, or the 'Songtrack' as this LP was rather nicely titled.

  R & M RECORDS.

My lifetime's love of music and records began at a very young age, the arrival of the Beatles and the 1960's decade
in general had a very profound effect. It was only natural to bring all my first hand experience of collecting vinyl
into becoming a professional record seller.  Over twenty years ago now we entered into the wonderful atmosphere
of record fairs with the highest possible standards set. When the Internet became the world's new market place for
vinyl, in 2001 it was time to join ebay. Those standards were rigidly adhered to as they will always continue to be,
the basics of honesty and integrity were very much part of the era the music I love originated in, so here is our friendly
and very efficient service we are proud to provide;

EVERY RECORD IS FULLY PLAYED AND COMES WITH A 'NO ARGUMENT' MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
I USE GOOD OLD COMMON SENSE AS WELL AS A GLOBALLY ACCEPTED GRADING TERMINOLOGY
FROM THE U.K. "RECORD COLLECTOR PRICE GUIDE" BOOK.
THERE IT CLEARLY STATES "Sound Quality" AFFECTS EVERY GRADING LEVEL AND THAT IS THE ONE
AND ONLY POSSIBLE WAY TO ACCURATELY GRADE RECORDS. i.e. COMBINING A STRICT VISUAL
INSPECTION WITH VERY CLOSELY LISTENING TO EVERY SECOND, UNLESS PERHAPS IN THE CASE
OF GENUINELY UNPLAYED VINYL.  EVEN THEN WE STILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBITY FOR A RECORD
WHEN A CUSTOMER RECEIVES EITHER A SEALED OR AN UNPLAYED RECORD.

MY DESCRIPTIONS WILL ALWAYS BE 100% HONEST AND TOTALLY ACCURATE ON ALL GRADINGS
