The BEATLES        Abbey Road           Apple  PCS 7088

UK FIRST PRESSING with MISaligned Apple on Rear and BLACK DIE CUT inner sleeve.

Side 1: YEX 749-2  ( 4 OH)                    Side 2: YEX 750-1   (1 GM)

VINYL:  EXCELLENT playback. No annoying, pops, or audible scratches. Just very occasional and minor background clicks. As it should be there is silence between the end of ‘The End’ and start of ‘Her Majesty’. Visually, looks very clean and bright with minimal surface marks. Very clean labels with less than average markings.

COVER: With the obvious imperfections gathered over the years, ringwear, corner wear, laminate creasing, and a very narrow, ‘squashed’ spine. However no writing, stickers, tears or rips, still a VERY GOOD example. The green apple on the rear was slightly out of position in the first pressings, all subsequent covers have the apple aligned with the side one tracklist.

INNER SLEEVE: Early copies had the same BLACK DIE CUT INNER as the ‘White Album’ top loading LPs. This one is VERY GOOD with a couple of small tears around the centre hole and some wear around the edges.

A very nice 1969 original UK LP, MISALIGNED APPLE COVER and Inner Sleeve!
