Attention international buyers who have never purchased from us before:

Priority Mail International shipping is about double the cost of First Class International for small packets.

Since First Class International shipping is NOT trackable, if a package is actually lost, or if buyer falsely claims it was lost, we lose everything - product and shipping/handling costs, and no fees are refunded.

Ebay / Paypal takes the entire payment away from us if we can't prove the package was delivered.

So, we must send your order by Priority Mail in order to be able to track it.

Seller should not be held responsible for an international package after it has been shipped.

Packages are rarely lost in transit. But, if the seller loses everything on every claim, it is too much.

It should be the buyers who are taking the risk if they don't want to pay the high cost of trackable shipping.

We understand Ebay / Paypal has the buyer's best interest in mind, but it seems misguided with respect to small international parcels.

If you don't like this arrangement, please complain to Ebay / Paypal.

Perhaps they can be persuaded to require a seller to prove only that an international order was shipped if the buyer chooses economy shipping.
