Shipping Information:

We will only ship to the Ebay and PayPal-REGISTERED Address included with the PayPal payment.

We Ship Within 3 business days of a cleared payment,( if paid on the weekend it will go out the following shipping day)
We ship from our Annapolis Location 2-3 days a week.

We do not ship on the weekends, We ship by either USPS or UPS, We reserve the right to use the least expensive carrier depending on your package size and destination.

 

Payment instructions

Payments are due within 5 days of the ending auction. You may call the store directly,(410) 224-8600 -ask to speak with Erica ext 5555 or any manager on duty to make a credit card payment, You are always welcome to use Pay-Pal.

 

All customers are welcome to pick up their product in person at our store located in Annapolis,Maryland. Please bring your emailed invoice and ID with you, Please email me prior to you picking it up so that I can have it ready for you.
Please note that any merchandise not picked up within 5 days of a closed auction will remain the property of Fastcashpawnbrokers,if you have paid you will be credited for your full purchase minus a $5 or 20% restocking fee (whichever is higher).

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all auction items with a delivery address in Maryland. This applies to items which are picked up locally at one of our facilities. The tax rate will be 6%. An e-mail notice is sent from our Paypal account after the end of auction with a checkout link.

We require Insurance for ALL packages over $250.00 AND delivery confirmation for ALL packages over $150.00
(Delivery Confirmation- An Adult must be present to sign for the package)

If you want to return an item, PLEASE contact us FIRST, BEFORE you open a case with eBay, or send an "item not as described" email.

Most Items We accept returns within 14 days of delivery- Unless otherwise stated.

ALL returned items MUST be in the same condition as purchased.

We do not accept returns on the following:
            • Sealed packages that have been opened.
            • Any item that has been modified without our prior approval.

In the event that an item is damaged, beyond the condition stated at auction, the customer may claim up to the amount of insurance purchased on the package.
