Record Grading: Good Plus (G+)

Side 1/Side 2: Some barely visible faint scuffs & scratches all over the surface, many slight non-feelable scratches, a few more lightly feelable scratches, plays with some light surface noise or crackle, still listenable.
Label: Yellow/Black "PRESTIGE RECORDS INC. • 446 W. 50th ST., N.Y.C." Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" machine stamp on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good Plus (VG+)

Front/Back: Laminated cover, 1" top and bottom middle seam split, light edge & spine wear, some scuffs.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
