Song written by Belew. This is a country pop power ballad and is actually right good.
B side is an odd match: I'M GONNA WALK (RIGHT OUT OF YOUR LIFE) sung by Diane Minor, song written by Strzelecki (who also produced both sides of the record). This is a pop ballad with some ambition to come across as soul music. 
Only other copy on ebay is priced at $61 buy it now. I'm listing this one for less than 1/3 of that price.
Record graded by actually listening to both sides with a vintage record player. Using Spin Connection's grading policy for 45 rpm records, it would rate EXCELLENT on both sides - both aurally and visually. Both sides look great and have labels that show little use. No skips, scratches, digs, no surface noise to speak of - great fidelity and great presence.  I have been grading, selling and shipping vintage records successfully by mail since 1962.
