The upper sleeve top is 'slit' along the top - to about half way to the other side. Lesser extent on same side bottom. Can be repaired, if desired.
I am not a record appraiser nor am I a grader. However, IMHO, this vinyl is in VG Condition
Back of sleeve has discoloration as shown in the pictures.
Album is used with a few light surface scratches.
