This collection came from a local estate.  Half of the albums are still factory-sealed.  Otherwise, most of the vinyls appear to be in excellent condition and may have been rarely played (or not at all).  Some show minor scuffs, while a very small number have light scratches.  The vinyl sleeves and pages in the sets show yellowing and staining. Some of these marks appear to be from water/moisture. The contents of the open sets have been visually confirmed; each book comes with two vinyls, original sleeves and matching booklet/brochure.  The hardshell cases have varying degrees of storage wear that include (but may not be limited to) bubbles under the skin, discoloration, scratches, and minor crush (from stacking), otherwise they are overall in good shape.  A few of the hardshell cases are over-sized.

 

**Please note that shipping will vary to different locations. These record sets will ship in three 16" x 16" x 16" boxes each weighing about 41 pounds. A $12 packaging/insurance fee has been added to the shipping quote. The shipping cost to New York (10001) is $80.16 ($22.72 per box plus the mentioned $12 fee). Please calculate shipping to your zip code on the USPS website or feel free to ask us about the shipping cost to other destinations. Signature may be required. Shipping via USPS Media Mail only. Local Pickup is free (sales tax is applicable).**

Sales tax will be charged on all purchases terminating within the State of California.  This includes all pick-ups.  If you would like to pick-up this item, please call us to have the shipping charge removed from your invoice.

Shipping:

Shipping charges cover: carrier cost, insurance, delivery confirmation, and box/padding cost (which is normally $1 or less; may be higher for oversized boxes).

Items are normally shipped out within 3 business days (excl. Sat, Sun, and holidays) after payment confirmation.  Fragile, bulky, or heavy items may take longer.  We will ship to U.S. addresses ONLY (must match credit card bill or Paypal-registered).  Signature confirmation is automatically required for shipment over $250. 

We typically ship via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority.  Please be aware that Fedex or UPS do not deliver to PO Box.  We reserve the right to change/choose carrier at any time.

Flat-rate shipping: if offered, is only available within the lower 48 states.   The quoted shipping cost is for transit between our location (91106) and New York (10001).  If you live elsewhere, or close to us, please call before making your payment, because your actual shipping cost may be lower.

Damaged item: please call us at 626-584-0844 within 48 hours of receiving it.  Do not throw away any packaging.  The claims process may take between 10-21 business days.  Once the claim from the shipping carrier is approved and paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund.

Combined shipping: If you've won or purchased mutiple items from us, we must receive and approve your request to combine shipping before you make payment (no exceptions).  We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that your multiple purchases can be combined.

Local/in-store PICK-UP is only available at this store (unless otherwise noted), and is usually free.  Payment must be completed before pick-up.  To avoid paying shipping charges, please call us to have it removed prior to making your payment.  All local pick-ups will be charged applicable sales tax.  Unless a prior arrangement has been made with us, your item must be picked up within 10 business days from end of auction.  Otherwise, the item will be treated as unwanted and will be disposed of in any manner we see fit.

International shipping: Not available, unless otherwise noted.  Import duties, taxes, and other incidental charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  Delivery estimate is not a guarantee - Actual transit time for international shipping may vary, as some packages have been known to take 8 weeks or more to arrive.  We reserve, at all times, the right to refuse shipping (or to cancel transaction) due to extraordinary circumstances, such as insurance policy exclusions and/or embargo issues.

Returns:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Software (opened or unopened) and authenticated items (e.g. coins graded or "slabbed" by major national grading companies) are non-refundable. 
The maximum refund amount is the price that you originally paid for the item.  In the event of a partial refund, the refund amount will be proportionally calculated based on the price that you originally paid for the item.  
Return may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
