Original 1968 UK pressed Giant Records 7" housed in plain sleeve, GN 26.
Vinyl visually G minus. The surfaces still have a decent enough gloss but display a fair few scuff marks and light scratches.
The A side plays around G minus. Background noise throughout, but helped by being a loud and bright cut. The B side starts Fair easing to a G minus. Again, a loud and bright cut, so background noise is evident throughout but does not overpower the music.
Marker penned damage to one label side only, other side is undefaced, although labels slightly grubby and rubbed.
Note that this disc was somewhat grubby when I acquired it. It has been cleaned for play testing on a Knosti machine. Whilst this removed more obvious debris there is undoubtedly scope for further deep cleansing which can only result in improved sound quality.
