Side 1/Side 2: Super beat up, still barely playable with some heavy surface noise.
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS • 47 WEST 63rd ・ NYC" Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC ・ NEW YORK USA" No Deep Groove.
Matrix: "RVG" machine stamp on both sides. "ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Good Plus (G+)

Front/Back: 4" top seam split, 7" bottom spine split, edge & spine wear, writing on back, stain.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
