Sleeve: Still sealed in super clean original shrink wrap. Looks like it just came out of the store in 1994! Does have a light 2" crease/bend at the top right corner of the front cover where there is also a small corner ding/bend. Please see picture #3. Looks better holding the record in your hand than the extreme close up photo.

The records are removed from the jacket & placed inside a brand new plastic outer sleeve to prevent seam splits during transit.
