This is the KIDEO In a World of Black and White LP from the Canadian TV Show: Kids Can Rock and Roll which was a very cool show back in its day, they would do puppet skits backed by 80s type Rock Music and I think they even performed live on the show.  You can find lots of clips out there of the old show on the internet.  They released a few LPs in Canada only by small label Blue Line Records of Ontario, now almost impossible to find, this one was their 2nd release from 1989.  I have never seen another one of these for sale on Ebay and can't seem to find anybody else that has one for sale, do not miss your chance to pick it up!!   Vinyl is NEAR MINT and cover has just some slight wear.    Great LP!!
